3 Michelin stars in deep snow

who said that you can only find a 3 Michelin star restaurant in New York, London or Paris? I was lucky enough to discover one in Megeve.
chef Emmanuel Renaut is the heart & spirit of Flocons de Sel. charisma, authenticity, attention to the smallest detail & technique lead to the creation of an exquisite menu... if you happen to be in the area, you definitely don't want to miss this "once-in-a-lifetime" experience. & right after your dinner, you will get the chance to visit the kitchen & congratulate the chef!

my favourite winter destination

since 2007 I have been visiting this place almost every year... &, although I am not a ski fan, I learned not only to love this tiny Austrian village, but also to look forward to my next visit!
Lech am Arlberg is a small "winter" wonderland! & it is an ideal destination for a short or a longer winter break!

εσείς θα πάτε μήνα του μέλιτος? ναι, η αλήθεια είναι πως κανείς δεν πάει πλέον έναν ολόκληρο μήνα! αλλά μην το αμελήσετε! έστω & για ένα σαββατοκύριακο! & μην ξεχάσετε: μπορείτε να προσκαλέσετε & τον φωτογράφο σας! είναι κρίμα να μην έχετε αυτές τις μαγικές φωτογραφίες! δείτε τι φανταστική δουλειά έχει κάνει ο Jose Villa (για άλλη μια φορά!)

{what about you? will you be going for a honeymoon? in Greek we call it "the honey-month" although nowadays no one goes for a whole month! nonetheless, you shouldn' t skip it! even if it is just for a weekend! & don' t forget to invite your photographer to come along! it is such a shame to miss these magic pictures! look what an amazing job Jose Villa did (for once again!)}

η ιδέα: αντί για απλές κάρτες με τα ονόματα των καλεσμένων σας, χρησιμοποιήστε κλασικούς φακέλους αλληλογραφίας! τοποθετήστε τους σε σειρές ανά τραπέζι στην είσοδο του χώρου της δεξίωσης ή του πάρτυ σας! ταιριάζουν υπέροχα εάν έχετε επιλέξει ως θέμα του γάμου σας τα ταξίδια!

{the idea: instead of common name tags, use airmail envelopes as your escort cards! place them in rows at a table at the entrance of your wedding reception or party! it' s a perfect match if you are thinking of a travel themed wedding!}

ο γάμος: η Marcella & ο Cameron μοιράστηκαν με τους καλεσμένους τους την αγάπη τους για τα βιβλία & τα ταξίδια! & εδώ, σε κάθε τραπέζι υπήρχαν καρτ-ποστάλ από τα μέρη που επισκέφτηκε το ζευγάρι, αλλά & φωτογραφίες που τραβήχθηκαν από τον ίδιο το γαμπρό! τα τραπέζια δεν ήταν αριθμημένα, αλλά το καθένα είχε το όνομα μίας διαφορετικής πόλης, στην οποία είχαν ταξιδέψει.
