φτερά & πούπουλα

& κλείνουμε την εβδομάδα μας με έναν γάμο που μπορεί να μην έχει φωλιές πτηνών, είναι όμως γεμάτος φτερά! η Rebecca συνδύασε υπέροχα το αξεσουάρ των μαλλιών της με τα νυφικά της γοβάκια. αν προσέξετε καλύτερα, φτερά υπάρχουν ανάγλυφα & στο φόρεμά της. & όπως ήταν αναμενόμενο, οι φτερωτοί μας φίλοι έκαναν την εμφάνισή τους στα προσκλητήρια, αλλά & στη διακόσμηση των τραπεζιών της δεξίωσης. τόσο όμορφος και ταυτόχρονα τόσο απλός γάμος μέσα από τη ματιά της ταλαντούχας Heather Saunders.

{& we end this week with a wedding that might lack of birds' nests, however, it is full of feathers! Rebecca matched elegantly her gorgeous headpiece with her bridal heels! if you take a closer look, you will see that there are also embroidered feathers on her wedding gown. as you have guessed already, birds were present on the invitations & on the centrepieces of the reception tables. a so beautiful & so simple wedding through the lens of the talented Heather Saunders.

χτίζοντας μία φωλιά μόνο για δύο

σήμερα παρουσιάζουμε μία πιο τολμηρή παραλλαγή της φωλιά των πουλιών. στη σημερινή διακόσμηση του γάμου πραγματικά αισθάνεται κανείς ότι τα πουλιά πετάνε πάνω από τα κεφάλια των καλεσμένων & κουβαλούν κλαράκια για να φτιάξουν τις φωλιές τους. σκεφτείτε ότι το ζευγάρι που μόλις παντρεύτηκε ετοιμάζεται & αυτό να δημιουργήσει τη δική του φωλιά.
τέλεια ιδέα για διακόσμηση? οι φωτογραφίες τραβήχθηκαν από την ταλαντούχα Lacie Hansen.

{today we present a more bold version of a "birds' nests" themed wedding. today' s decoration makes us feel that the birds are flying above us, carrying tiny branches to build their own nests. & think that the newly-weds are about to start "building" their own nest-house. what an appropriate idea for a wedding decoration, don' t you agree? all pictures were shot by the talented Lacie Hansen.}

φωλιές πουλιών σε καταπράσινο φόντο

το πράσινο κυριάρχησε στο σημερινό μας γάμο! & από αυτή την ωδή στη φύση δεν θα μπορούσαν να λείψουν & οι αναφορές στα πουλιά. το νούμερο κάθε τραπεζιού τοποθετήθηκε μέσα σε μία φωλιά με αυγά. μικρά ξύλινα σπιτάκια πουλιών τοποθετήθηκαν δίπλα στις escort cards. πουλιά σχεδόν αληθινά σκαρφάλωναν στη γαμήλια τούρτα. για το πανέμορφο φωτογραφικό μας υλικό θα πρέπει να ευχαριστήσουμε την Amanda της Orchard Cove Photography.


{green was the dominant colour in today' s wedding! & of course, this ode to nature could not be complete without the presence of birds. the number of each of the reception tables were placed in birds' nests filled with eggs. small birds' houses were placed next to the escort cards. birds, almost alive, were climbing the wedding cake. for these beautiful pictures we need to thank Amanda of Orchard Cove Photography.}

ένας κομψός γάμος με πολλούς φτερωτούς φίλους

μία παραλλαγή στο ίδιο θέμα είναι ο σημερινός μας γάμος. εδώ, μικρά πορσελάνινα πουλιά εμπλούτισαν τη διακόσμηση, ενώ φωλιές με αυγουλάκια τοποθετήθηκαν δίπλα στις escort cards, αλλά & σε όποιο άλλο σημείο είχε τοποθετηθεί η λέξη "love". η κεφαλή της γαμήλιας τούρτας είναι σίγουρα πιο ευφάνταστη από τη χθεσινή. οι τόσο ζεστές φωτογραφίες ανήκουν στον Chad της Pilster Photography.

{today we host another version of the same topic. in today's wedding, small porcelain birds added some sparkle to the wedding decoration, while birds' nests filled with tiny eggs were placed next to the escort cards & were scattered around the reception, always next to the word "love". the cake topper is definitely fancier than the one we had yesterday. these so warm photos were shot by Chad of Pilster Photography.}

στο σημερινό μας γάμο μικρές φωλιές πουλιών υπήρχαν παντού: στις escort cards, πάνω στα πιάτα των καλεσμένων, πάνω στις συνθέσεις με τα λουλούδια. φυσικά, δεν θα μπορούσαν να λείπουν & τα κλουβιά των πουλιών, τα οποία γέμισαν κεριά. τη γαμήλια τούρτα στόλιζε ένα ζευγάρι πτηνά ντυμένα γαμπρός & νύφη. χρώματα του γάμου το βαθύ μωβ & το κίτρινο. ένας υπέροχος γάμος ειδωμένος μέσα από το φωτογραφικό φακό της εξίσου υπέροχης Sara France.

{in today' s wedding birds' nests are found everywhere: on escort cards, on the reception tables, on the flower centrepieces. of course, we also find bird cages decorated with candles. the cake topper is a super sweet bird couple dressed as bride & groom. the wedding colours are a deep purple & yellow. a gorgeous wedding as seen through the camera lens of the equally gorgeous Sara France.}
